COVID-19 Update

With so many changes among our daily lives in an effort to protect the most vulnerable related to COVID-19, Higher Standards Staffing is adapting to ensure the safety of our consumers and team members.
 

We have taken extra precautions, in accordance with recommendations by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), to continue to safeguard the health of our consumers and employees at this time:

  • We ask that our team practice common sense social distancing with respect that it may look a little different to each person.

  • We have implemented daily screenings of all team members and consumers for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and illnesses with similar symptoms.

  • Any team members showing signs or symptoms associated with COVID-19, or illnesses with similar symptoms will be directed to return home. These team members will be asked to provide a physician’s note, clearing them to return to their scheduled shifts before they are able to return to work.

  •  All team members have access to and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where appropriate.
